Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you book and receive appliance repair services from Appliance Repair Plano in Plano, Texas. By scheduling a visit, you agree to the terms on this page.

Our services

We are a mobile, in-home repair service for major household appliances — refrigerators and freezers, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves. We repair the appliance you already own at your home. We do not run a storefront, and we do not sell appliances or parts over the counter.

Booking & scheduling

Same-day and next-day appointments are offered subject to availability and your location within our service area. We give you an arrival window and do our best to keep to it; occasionally traffic or an earlier job runs long, and we'll let you know if that happens.

Diagnosis & pricing

The technician diagnoses the appliance at your home and gives you the exact price before any work begins. If you approve the repair, the diagnosis is free; if you decide not to go ahead, only the service-call fee for the visit applies.

Payment

Payment is due when the repair is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept common payment methods; the technician will confirm the options available on your visit.

Warranty

Completed repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Full details, including what is and isn't covered, are on our Warranty page.

Rescheduling & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a visit, please let us know as early as you can. See our Cancellation Policy for how notice and missed visits are handled.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide safe, clear access to the appliance and an adult (18+) present during the visit
  • Share accurate information about the appliance and the fault
  • Let us know about any known hazards at the property in advance

Limitation of liability

We repair the fault you report and stand behind that work under our warranty. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, unrelated faults, or issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the repair in question.

Right to decline or stop work

For safety reasons, our technician may decline or stop a job — for example, if an appliance is unsafe to operate, a repair isn't cost-effective, or the work site is hazardous. We'll always explain why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and the current version always lives on this page.
